Spent a ridiculous amount of time researching computers (I mean RIDICULOUS as in many months). Found this one and really liked its specs. I wanted something small and light, not too expensive and with full capability (not a netbook).
This machine has just about everything and for a great price. Would have like to see bluetooth and a higher resoulution camera, but in the end couldn't see holding out when it included 4gb DDR3, 500 GB harddrive, Core 2 Duo processor (7300) and 10 hours plus of battery power.
I was irritated by having to spend a couple of hours making back up discs for windows and a bunch of updates to Windows 7, but I think that was more because I had just set my wife's macbook up and it was so easy. That said, I need a PC for work and again, this machine was alot cheaper!
Like the form factor. Had tried a netbook and did not like the smaller 10inch screens or 92% keyboard. Almost bought the new Acer 11 inch timeline, but then noticed the keyboard is not standard. We have some computers that have odd "enter" keys and I knew this would drive me crazy. This keyboard is great.
